This exhibition was produced as part of the European project Space Weather and Europe - an Educational Tool with the Sun (SWEETS) for the International Heliophysical Year 2007, with which Paris Observatory is associated.
Space weather is the study of phenomena linked to solar activity and cosmic rays, and their impact on human infrastructures, in particular telecommunications and navigation systems.
