The prestige spaces are :
In Paris :
- The Salle Cassini: located on the second floor of the Perrault building, founded under Louis XIV, with a maximum capacity of 100 people (rented empty).
- The Arago dome, housing a 19th-century astronomical telescope, is located on the roof terrace of the historic building at a height of 40 m, and has a maximum capacity of 15 people (restricted access).
- Outside: protected gardens and park and north courtyard.
In Meudon: the grounds
In Nançay: outdoors (200 km from Paris), subject to technical conditions.
The Observatoire de Paris - PSL has attracted numerous brands and major clients for prestigious events. Numerous international media, production companies and agencies come to film and photograph its three exceptional sites.
These range from scientific documentaries in French or international language, with interviews of personalities from our community, to short films questioning the field of science.
Scientific themes such as astronomy, astrophysics and cosmology are given priority.
Note on entry requirements
- film crews must be small and self-sufficient in terms of fluid access.
