This session of the International Astrophysical School Daniel Chalonge provides salient findings of the 2014 program and a preview of the program for the year 2015.

It is open to all interested parties : specialists and non- specialists , students, post-docs, mediators and journalists. It brings together researchers from different disciplines and personalities.

The program :

  • Last news of the universe from its origins to the present day : what the data are telling us
    and what they continue to tell : understanding the physics and the direction in which the data are pointing.
  • An update on : the analysis of the CMB data including neutrinos and the effective theory of inflation. The primordial gravitons, BICEP2, neutrinos and sterile neutrinos. Cosmic radiation in Antarctica.
  • The warm dark matter (WDM) and its candidates : the sterile neutrino of keV mass, structure of galaxies and black holes.
  • The detection of the new line of X-rays of 3.5 keV in clusters of galaxies.
  • The crisis of "wimps" of the cold dark matter (CDM) and of its baryonic cures.
  • The sterile neutrinos at the Ecole Chalonge : from Bruno PONTECORVO to the KATRIN experiment.
