Anti-harassment

The Paris Observatory - PSL is working alongside PSL University to combat sexist and sexual violence and all forms of discrimination and harassment.
Two mechanisms allow victims or witnesses to alert and report these abuses punishable by law.
PSL University’s listening unit

Sexist and sexual violence, harassment, discrimination and hazing cannot be tolerated. Whether you are a victim, a witness, or looking for information on the subject, a listening and monitoring unit is available.

THE WATCH UNIT OF THE PARIS OBSERVATORY

The "Psychosocial Risks" monitoring unit receives and handles reports.
A collegial body, its members are as follows :

  • Coordinator of the monitoring unit
  • HRD
  • The Observatory’s and CNRS’s prevention doctors
  • Social worker
  • Prevention advisor
  • 2 elected staff representatives
