C2ERES : how to be prepared for tomorrow’s space exploration ?

Setup on the Meudon site of the Paris Observatory, C2ERES (Campus et Centre de Recherche pour l’Exploration Spatiale) is the space pole of the PSL University.

Which public is targeted by the space pole C2ERES ? What is its specificity ? What does it propose to the students ? Why choose to work in particular on nano-satellites ?...

Under the responsibility of the laboratoire d’excellence ESEP ; (ESEP excellence laboratory) and closely linked to the professional Master 2 OSAE, C2ERES is a pedagogical and scientific growth point for the development of tomorrow’s space exploration.

Benoît Mosser and Boris Segret direct both the pedagogical functioning and the technical leadership. During an interview available on line in the /Newsletter de PSL/ on March 13th 2018, they recall in detail the functioning and the particularity of this francilian unit, which breathes new life into the way space instrumentation is realized.
