The Young University Ranking covers 475 institutions and is based on 13 performance indicators similar to those used for the general ranking of world universities (WUR). The criteria focus on the evaluation of teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outreach missions and allow for the identification of emerging universities built on new models.
Ranked for the third year in a row, and up one place, PSL has climbed to second place in the ranking. It is the only European university in the world’s top five and is ranked alongside major Asian universities such as Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, which are in first and third place respectively.
