Observatoire de Paris - PSL is a partner of the 11the edition of the "From the Beach to the Stars" Festival, which will take place in Collioure from 29 July to 4 August 2024. On the programme : star train, exhibition, conferences, cinema, observation evenings, etc.

Organised on the initiative of Miguel Montargès, astrophysicist at the Observatoire de Paris - PSL, this festival is open to all, and free of charge (except for the Star Train).

Meet our researchers :
  • Saturday 3 August 2024, from 6pm to 7pm : Camille Bergez-Casalou, astrophysicist at the Observatoire de Paris - PSL, will be asking the question : "What is the origin of water on Earth ?"
  • Sunday 4 August from 6pm to 7pm : Miguel Montargès, astronomer at the Observatoire de Paris - PSL, gives a talk entitled : "Observatories all around the world and in space, why ?".
