Six months after the publication of this note on the Paris Observatory web site, and in the absence of refusal by the authors or their representatives, the Bibliothèque nationale de France and the l’Observatoire de Paris will put the digitized volumes on line.
Note, however, that after the on-line publication, the Bibliothèque nationale de France and the Observatoire de Paris will remove any article if its author/s or their representatives so desire.
